As Senior Code Consult for the City provided code development analysis on the local and national levels and was instrumental in the award winning, City of Houston, Alternative Method, Modification due to Practical Difficulties and Code Interpretation process.

As Chief Building Official within the fastest growing county in Texas, managed building permit division and staff of 13.
